With extensive experience as an Executive Director in non-profit sport, and background in Recreation Management and Community Development, Elizabeth brings experience as a leader to the inclusive and sustainable programs she manages.

​She believes in the transformative power of sports and is committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Kaitlin Funk

With a Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University, Kaitlin has worked as an accountant assistant in agriculture and property management, and as a visitation hostess at Salem Home PCH.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business math, she’s passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive.

Marley Peters

A 2019 graduate of Red River College’s Creative Communications program, Marley specializes in Public Relations, Digital Marketing, and Internal Communications. She has supported organizations like Speed Skating Manitoba and Team Manitoba on their paths to the Olympics and Canada Winter Games. Passionate about ethics, accessibility, and inclusivity, she also serves as Communications Chair for the Institute for International Women’s Rights – Manitoba Chapter.

Amanda Wilks

Amanda holds a Master’s in Sport Business Management from Manhattanville University and a Bachelor’s in Athletic Therapy from Norwich University. A lifelong athlete, she specialized in ice hockey and played at the university level. She has worked in NCAA athletics, for Sport Manitoba, and a provincial sport organization.
She believes in equal opportunity, multi-sport participation, and the power of sport to create opportunities and develop leaders.

With 15 years in strategic communications and over a decade in amateur sport, Sarah whole-heartedly believes in the power of sport to build stronger communities. A former multi-sport athlete and long-time volunteer, she understands how to communicate sport's value to athletes, parents, partners, and funders alike.
She brings purpose to every project—using storytelling and public relations to connect people, grow reach, and drive meaningful engagement.
